Bought Mother's Day Flowers to be delivered the next day. Never received an order confirmation. Called the company about not getting a confirmation - and did they get my order. A very rude young lady insisted on phonetically spelling out every single detail of the ordr (;A' like apple, 'b' like boy) very frustrating when I am just calling to get an order confirmation. Never received an email confirmation either. The flowers did not arrive, but the charge was on my credit card the same day of the order (not the next day as it should have been). I don't expect that calling back and complaining will rewrite history - the flowers did not arrive on time, therefore why bother! I will be having my credit card company reverse the charges. BTW - the charge was some $20 more than what it should have been.
