I got a payday loan 4yrs ago and bank account was closed because of multiple times the payday loan people hit by trying to collect well on 0ctober 2,2011 a asian guy called and said that I am going to be brought on charges if I don't pay he even called my job and said that I was being investigated for check fraud.I asked them to send me paper work and he said that he can't do that.But he's been calling me and my job at least 10x a day he said that I can stop all of the legal action and jail time if I send them the money quick before 10/5/2011.I feel so helpless because I collect funds for my company and now I am going to loose my job because they think I am committing fraud.
