CanadianVisaExpert.com is literally a fraud.

I registered on their site wishing to have information about immigration to Canada. Someone named Mike called me and asked me to fill in an application promising that they will make an assessment and apply for the Visa for me. They said that their services will cost 309 US dollars for me and my wife. The guy kept pushing to give him my credit card number to complete the procedures. On the 8th of May (6 days later) I checked my bank account to find that 1044 dollars were withdrawn by them. I checked the receipt on their site to find that they made a couple of single assessments for a total of 414 dollars and a single assessment for me and my wife for 309 dollars. Why would I need 2 single assessments if a double assessment(for me and my wife is done)? They charged me for an IELTS course that I know nothing about and a Canadian book that I know nothing about too and a couple of nonsense that I know nothing about either.

They have used my credit card without my permission, they have charged it with extras that was not agreed upon. This is literally a fraud.

I called them back but no one is answering the phone. When I reverse checked the phone numbers, nothing was there, it was a virtual phone number that does not exist for a true land line or a cell phone.

Be ware every body Canadianvisaexpert, USAFIS.ORG - USAGC.ORG - usadiversitylottery.com, ausfis.org are all fake names for the same fraud business aiming to double cross immigration seekers. Watch out.

Update: 05/26/2013

I was told that I will be refunded of 75%. I got mail telling me that 554$ will be refunded. That's 54%. Yet there is no proof of a transaction .Hello visaexpert. The end of the month is close, I have to pay. If you can see this please do something.

  • No I did not, I got a ridiculous report saying that I am eligible 70 from 100 in a single line, a real joke, the embassy has nothing to do with that, canadianvisaexpert is selling illusion.

Check this site, I am liaising with my credit card company to get a chargeback because in cases of fraud, you can get back your money. Canadian visa expert told me that they would give me a refund within 45 days and asked me to sign a form stating that I have to not say anything bad about them...lol. Go to the credit card company before the 45 days. These people are frauds and let everyone know.

  • I saw the forum you mentioned ... shocking what I read. Someone called me a couple of days ago and she said that she will investigate the issue and get back to me. No one got back to me since then.

Did they refund your money? What do you plan to do in case they did not refund?
