I was under the impression that I was on the USPS change of address website when I allowed charges to be processed for change of address services for my boyfriend and myself. When I checked my bank statement, two charges of $19.95 were posted for a $1.00 service. I tried to contact the company via email and phone to cancel my order but the contact information posted on the website is invalid. Even if I am unable to get refunded, I do not want others to make this mistake. This company is fraudulent and should be shut down.
