Frank was hired on 4/4/13 to landscape the front and back yard at (Personal Information Removed). The front needed minor sprinkler, graded, top soil and new sod. The back yard needed new sprinkler systems, graded, top soil and new sod. The total job was agreed to start and be completed by 4/30/13. Frank was given 2 checks for the total of $2675.00 for the purchase of materials and sod. Frank started some grading and did some trenching in the back yard and has not came back. He has given many excuses of why he has not showed up. The last day he showed up was on 4/29/13. There is no materials or sod at the property.The contract was suppose to be completed by 4/30/13.Many attempts have been made to contact Frank and he does not answer his phone, text or letters.
