My husband & I traveled to Bahamas on vacation May 6-12, 2013.
On May 9, we sat with Ocean Reef reps. to decuss Travel Vacation plan for two to three weeks a year. We were told that the co. had office in Fl. also, Lloydshire - insurance co was part of lloyds of England. RCI was one to arrangements. When I stared to make calls on Monday, May13, to he Attn General office in Fl. & Better Business, no one had them listed as a business in Fl.
My feeling now is that they misrepresented themself as a Travel Co. and now I find out it's Vacation Club. I feel that its unethical practice and should cancel all my business with them now. The total refund is $17,950.00. We called this morning and no one has called back. I have altered American Express to put a hold on the accout.
I expect that I will hear from you within five to seven business days concerning an immediate AND full responds on this matter.
