My iPhone lock button had broken, I called Apple and AT&T and AT&T recommended using MyTechHelp.com to fix my lock screen. It was terrible from square one. I had to send my iPhone in and it took OVER 3 WEEKS to fix a simply lock button! They also charged me an extra $40 for a hidden "technician fee". I was handled rudely on the phone and I wasn't properly put on hold and I heard a manager groan "Oh God, is she still being insist, she's such a pain in my ass." I am flabbergasted. Not only that, but my iPhone came home with bug problems, songs skip/the screen stays on constantly, my battery drains faster than normal, and it freezes. I couldn't be more upset with this company. I want my money back, I am 18 years old and this is ridiculous. NEVER use this company!
