I am another victim of this scam. I believe there are more people out there who fell for this too.

I have ordered a trial for two products of the said company - Beta Force and Max Thermo Burn, which they claimed to be muscle building supplements. After "rushing" the order, suddenly I have this thought that I may have been a victim of the scam as there was no receipt/confirmation whatsoever from the company about the payment for shipping charges for the free trials. I did not pay any attention thereafter, and thought that "oh well, it's just a small amount of money".

Two weeks later, I was sent an email by FeDex that my parcel has been dispatched. So I thought it may be real afterall. So I went up online and check if there's any way that I can order more if I need to, and to my surprise, I could not find Beta Force anymore, it has been changed to another product somehow.

I then sent an email for clarification to the "Customer Support" with the details from FeDex dispatched email (as I can't find it anywhere). The lady (named Julia Bueso) replied that I will be automatic enrolled to a monthly subscription of the products, and there will be a once-off payment of $79.95 if I decide to close the account. I seek further clarification, and she mentioned that the terms and conditions (which is no where to be found) has clearly stated that payment is required if the customer decides to stop the subscription.

My brother too has placed an order, and it was shipped with the same address but different sender. Mine was a lady called Julia White, and his was from Underground Media, which is currently hold at custom due to insufficient details of the product.

The credit card used for the transaction has been cancelled and I hope there will be no more complications out of this.
