I ordered t trial of Dermajuvinate in November, with shipping costs of £5.00. It arrived in December, and I noticed that money had been taken from my Visa card, which was about. £80. After numerous tries to talk to someone, I finally got through and apparently I had not read the small print which said I would receive a bottle each month. This wasp not apparent until you had signed for it. If I had cancelled within a week I would not receive any more, but as it was Christmas I the phone was not answered. I told the foreign speaker that this was a scam and I would report it, and I was sent a refund, but I still had sent about £40 for an ordinary product which as a pensioner, I did not want to afford. My pneighbour was less lucky and was billed the following month as well before she realised.
