I received an email from a close friend, whom I trust, that contained a link to buy green coffee bean extract. Later, I found that her email account had been hacked and that sh did not send this email. The site claimed to be endorsed by Dr.Oz. I ordered one bottle of the extract to try it on April 18th and I received it in the mail on May 13th. The amount I received and was charged was much more than I would have ordered, so I became supicious. The email link where I ordered it from no longer worked, so I had no reference. There was no invoice with the item, so I looked in my email and found one in my sent items....strange. The bill has no company name, only an email and phone number. I got an auto reply to my email inquiry as to how to return the order and the return email said I would have to call a number during the work day and that I had agreed to terms on the website(which I can no longer access to check), I have to get an address from the phone number (they don't provide it) and from what I have read on-line I won't be very successful in getting an address and even if I do, the return must be in their hands within 30 days of the purchase, which is unlikely because I live in Canada. They also charge a restocking fee for each of the 6 bttles of green bean extract that I received(but didn't order). I'm afraid I'll get some additional unwanted credit card charges in the future.It is a total scam. The phone number given is 855-978-6683. They hire hackers to pose as friends, use celebrity endorsements, charge people without authorization and then cut links to the website.
