I placed an order for Garcinia Cambogia on May 6, 2013 with a company called Garcinia Cambogia Jupiter in St George, Utah. It was to buy 2 bottles for $36 each and get 1 free. After I placed the order, I seen that it charged me $108.99 I called the company right away (which was hard to find a number until after the order was placed). The sales rep was obviously foreign and hard to understand. I explained to him what happened and after a lengthy conversation about "false advertisement" and the federal laws on such, they decided to give me back $36. I told the gentlemen that the $36 is not my issue. It is the false advertising! So I get these damn bottle in the mail and I call the company after I find the phone number from complaints I found online. They told me that since they were refunding $36, than they could not take back the Garcinia Cambogia. I told them again that their 100% guarantee advertising was not be upheld. I ask to speak to a supervisor and was told that I couldn't. I am fuming at this point! I said, give me the name of your supervisor because I don't want to speak to a sales rep. Again, I was denied. The label also does not contain the HCA that is a must. This company is a scam and needs to be brought down. Contact your state and do not allow this to happen to others. For other information, the scam company phone number is 855-978-6683. I spoke to a sales rep by the name of Jasmine #139 (not sure how real it is). They give out the address of PO Box 912642 St George, Utah. However, the first rep told me that this is the manufacture address. They are a bunch of idiots and with teamwork, they can be shut down and perhaps a decent size lawsuit!!!!
