I received an unsolicited telephone call from an agent Alex Roscato of ETM advising that he represented a buyer who was interested in purchasing our two weeks of time share in the Vistana Vacations Villa Sheraton Resort in ORLANDO, FL. They offered us $34,800.00 for each week and they asked for a $1500.00 per week fee to cover closing costs paid up front to defray costs associated with Title Searches, Estoppel Letters and timeshare week ownership forms. Thay also advised that they had received downpayments from the buyers of $6,960.00 per week which they would hold in escrow until closing and that if the buyers defaulted on the closing the escrow amounts would be paid to us as forfeiture and are non-refundable to the buyer. That occurred on November 2012 and as of this date the closing never took place and we can no longer reach ETM personnel.
