I received a call from them starting on 5/13/13 at 12pm and asked to be removed from the calling list. The same day continued as follows: 520p when asked to be placed on DNC list i was hung up on, 607p asked to speak with manager hung up on, 644p missed call, 645p missed call, 7:08 requested callback number and hung up on. 5/14/13 400p missed call, 509 hung up on, 532 hung up on, 630p played along with call finally got company name and number of 800-558-0064 and spoke with Nathaniel. Went through the whole thing then wanted to charge me 3.85 for processing my profile. I asked if I could pay online and he said it would cost 60.00 online, I asked for a direct ext so I could call him back when I my mother was present and he said ok and hung up... after looking into the BBB I found 3 total phone numbers listed under the name and none of them are answered by US Financial Resources, but I will continue trying to contact the company to resolve my issues.(866) 549-6225, (584) 710-1254, (800) 558-0064, (866) 321-4174
