Some indian fellow phoned and tried to get me involved in a conversation to fixed my 'critically'damaged computer!!.
There was apparently some windows programme error. He told me that there were Millions of computers suffering the problem and that their company had 500 fully qualified computer engineers phoning phoning these millions to rectify the problem. His maths is obviously pretty aweful as he would have realised that would take a couple of decades to fix.
Clever talking to move me on without giving too many details of his company with a promise of a phone number at the end of our conversation and make me access the screen to raise awareness of a problem.
I kept asking who he was, the telephone number etc and what was he trying to sell me.
I then told him I would get back to him when I had spoken to my son who is an expert in these things.
He repeated that there was a problem in my 'beloved'computer.
I said I would phone him back and he gave me a Manchester Phone number. That number belongs to skype.
