I payed for my cscs card on the 18th of April and was told over the phone that it would take 10 working days to get to me. I chased it up after 10 days only to be told that it had not been processed until the 25th of April. It is now the 15th May and I still do not have it. I have lost a job because of this and have another starting on the 1st of June which I need this card for.
