I ordered a part from them for my Maytag dishwasher. I gave them the correct serial & model #'s. The person on the order desk was hard to understand so I spelled my name and address for him. The part arrived by purolater about 5 days later, my name and address was not correct so I really don't know I it got to me in the first place. My husband opened it and tryed to install the part. It would not latch. We compared it to the old one and found that the new part was slightly larger so it did not fit correctly. I called the company and they e-mailed me a return slip. I took the part to the purolator pick up centre in St. Thomas. When I checked my Visa statement they had not credited me with the part. Today I called them and they told me that because I had tryed to install the part that they would not credit me for it even though they had sent me the wrong part. We had gone to a appliance shop in St. Thomas with the same serial and model #'s that we had given them and received the correct part the next day. When I told the person I talked to that their part number must be wrong she said that she had checked and that it was correct. The number of my new part was different from theirs. She then tried to tell me that they had returned the part to me and that I had sent it back again, which I hadn't. I only received and returned it once. They are now going to send it back to me. I feel that it was their fault in the fist place for sending me the wrong part and that I should have received my money back. As to why they said that they had sent it back to me and that I returned it I do not know. We will never deal with this company again as I believe them to be a little shady. I would warn people not to open or try to install a part unless they are totally sure that it is the correct part. How you are to know without trying it I don't know.
