When googled for "USPS Change of Address", was directed to this site which I thought was the USPS site. I knew that USPS requires card information for change of address and charges $1. No-where in this site there is $ talk other than the $1 charged by USPS. I want to know if USPS is not responsible for letting people be ripped off by these thieves. Plus what they could do with the financial information they are collecting? HOW CAN I RETRIEVE MY MONEY?
