I agreed to try an introductory offer for $4.95. There was no information on the Website stating that there would be further charges. Nor was there an information sheet with the introductory package, not even a phone number. By May I had unauthorized charges of $300 on my credit card. I was able to obtain their phone number from Visa but called with no success. They didn't want their product back and would not return my money. Currently Visa is filing a dispute and I am hoping they will be successful.
