The phone rep at Reservation-Desk.com never informed me that my bank account will get charged before I check in to my hotel. I called and canceled my reservation with them and they sent me a confirmation email. I checked my bank account and I was charged 68.87. this really caused a lot of issues for me, because I wrote checks to pay some bills, and because of this charge of $68.87, my bank account was overdrawn.I called and spoke to their customer service manager and complained about the charge, she said that they already processed the refund and it can take anywhere from 24 hours to 7 days to get this $68.87 credited back to my account. This is not right!!!!!
