Our A/C unit has been out for 3 weeks now. We were promised a new one within the week we complained about it. It has been almost 100 degrees outside and 85 in our apartment. They did provide us a mini air conditioner, but it only provides air for our bedroom. All others rooms are still very hot. I have asked multiple times where it is and they told me that the status of this project was complete, when we definitely did not recieve a new one. I am sick of their promises they are not promising!
