I went to Broadway-BoxOffice.com to order tickets for Event: American Ballet Theatre: Swan Lake Jun 17 2013 7:30PM. The website offered tickets in dress circle for $50 each. I made an order for 2 tickets for total price $148.92. I received the confirmation email without tickets attached.I did not noticed back then that in the confirmation letter instead of DRESS CYCLE that I have ordered there was FAMILY CIRCLE.

I did not noticed this discrepancy until I received email with tickets $20 each.
At the same date I bought tickets from Metopera directly with dress circle location cost $50 each. The tickets was provided at the date I made an order.
When I ordered on website Broadway-BoxOffice.com I definitely ordered tickets with dress circle location but the generated invoice changed ordered ticket location to family circle. I did not noticed it until I got tickets via email one month later and it was even different row than in confirmation letter. This two companies definitely created a scheme to trick customers , because the price of family circle $20 each. I paid total $148.92 for two tickets.
