I ordered a free trail with Lift and Glo after seeing it advertised on a reputable website. I paid 1.99 for the postage and returned the product within the 14 day period providing all my details and asking that no further products be sent to me. I was then charged £84.71 after the 14 days web though I ha returned the sample and two days ago I received an email confirming my next shipment was due to be sent. I then contacted the customer services team by email and asked them to cancel the account advising them that I had returned the sample and asked for cancellation but this was the 2nd time they charged me. They confirmed my account was cancelled and that no further charges would be taken. The very next day, they took 89.72 from my account. When I called them and spoke to a supervisor, they advised that there was nothing that they could do and I would have to pay for both items even though I don't have them in my possession. They advised that they could see the sample had been returned with and RMA tracking number they would still charge me. They advised that this was a condition in the T&c's which I have since read and it only advises that some form of tracking I used- I use registered post. They have also taken the money using a card that was cancelled as I changed my name, but my bank have honoured it. I will be contacting my bank, but I want my money returned as I have paid for a product that I do not have or want.
