Someone used my account at alertpay.com to buy some childporn images from one of their Merchants. How can they have child porn merchants? When I called them they said they will investigate but over a month has passed and still now word from them!

Over a month has passed, and we have yet to be contacted by you concerning this matter.
We have conducted a thorough and extensive internal audit, including involving law enforcement. However, based on the information you have provided your claims cannot be substantiated.
As a proud sponsor of the Association of Sites Advocating Child Protection (www.asacp.org) we take these allegations extremely serious. Your unwillingness to come forth and provide factual information has left no other conclusion than this post being written for spiteful reasons.
