My order was NOT processed correctly .That is exactly the point. I have no relationship with Ballard . Do you?
My original order did not authorize items to be sent to any other party. Lise did not give me any documentation of the cancellation of my order by telephone, nor give me a confirmation of my cancellation. My credit card information contained my name and address , not the name or address any one else.
Your records should indicate the cancellation by phone, confirmation number, my name, my card number, my billing and delivery address. The Fed Ex shipment invoice does not connect me with the package. It proves you used my credit card to Fed Ex zebra pillows to a third party with out my authorization, either intentionally or due to a computer or clerical error. I repeat my order was NOT processed correctly and it is your responsibility to correct your error. You charged my card in error and I want it refunded.

Furthermore , after initial contact with "The Trophy Room" website on 9/1/12 , my credit card was used fraudulently attempting to buy travel tickets to England and had to be cancelled. Of course you knew nothing of this matter either.

I intend to contact Nevada Better Business Bureau and Office of Attorney General and advise them of my difficulty with "The Trophy Room", "The African Market", "The African Market Trophy Room Collection", and various other configurations of these words which confuse and mislead the public due to the use of multiple similar names.

I spoke with Lise and she said that she had called and left you a voicemail regarding an update on this issue. As per our investigation and records, we show that this order was shipped to Tiffany Ballard, fedex tracking # 129111015009101. At this point, we do not know what relation you have to Ms. Ballard but we processed the order as it was received which included your card #.

Attached is a copy of the paid invoice along with proof of delivery.
