HERBERT had a woman sent money to various names in Kaula Lumpur Malaysia totaling about $30,000 then the last two weeks, obtained computers using fraudulent purchase orders, shipped them to the 60 female victim, and had her ship the computers to london.
HERBERT also wanted the woman to obtain a passport, go to venezuala to "pick up a package" then take the package to Dubai UAE
