Mark Spencer of California Cash Advance told me I needed to pay $160 in processing fees then told me there was a $360 city & state tax charge too. But when he said there was a $550 IRS fee I refused to pay anymore. He made me pay the $160 &$360 on Green Dot Money Pak cards. He then told me after I confronted him about stealing my money, thanks for giving me your $520 &laughed at me. Then told me there was a $145 cancelation fee but I refused to pay that since he already stole my money. All I want back is my $520 so my daughter & I don't get kicked out of our house
