My name is (Personal Information Removed), I had purchase a family season pass of 4
on 04/03/2013 in the westchester center however I got a bad experience
in my first time visit. I explained all my concerns to the manager in
charge her name was Evani.
The reason that I am requesting full refund of my money is because of on
that the day at the center my Mon was offended twice by one of your
staff . She was with my daughter ( under 3) inside the play house when
she was approached by one of the staff( skinny, tall guy) and he said to
her that parents where not allowed in the area. There was not sign of that
said " Not parents allowed inside" . Since my Mon doesn't speak correct
English she told the guy that she couldn't leave her granddaughter alone
because she would be scared if she didn't see her around and she get out
of the play house and stay outside the play where there is some play
area too. Once again , she was told by the guy that she couldn't be
there again when people was inside and he didn't approached them just her. my Mom left because the satff member insist on that. My daughter didn't see my Mom and she started to cry because she
got scared. I was on the other side with my older son waiting in line to
get on the ride. I couldn't be there to translate or to call a manager
at the moment that happened . i believe my mom got discriminated because she doesnt speak english .i went back in playground i saw a lot of parents with their children insisde. i was told by the mananger that i will get my money back because i didnt feel to come anymore since i bought the seasonal pass however after 3 e-mailes and a phone call i didnt get a response .

  • i cant believe these legoland managers never answer back after three emails to their company and a phone called ... in the store the manger in charge never make her word true since she said she will contacted me .
