My first call to Sears was 4/22/2013. The repairman came on 4/26/13 and 5/10/13. I had to wait a week for a repairman each call. The contract was with Root's Small engine. They have not fixed the mower yet. I was told, "Its out of gas!" Well, 2 gallons of gas should have mowed my lawn a dozen times. He didn't even try to find out what happened to the gas in 1 week! Then, Sears told me to stop calling because they can't find anyone to fix it! I've had to buy tarps, tie downs (due to storm) Seafoam (due to adamant repairman) My garage smells worse than a gas station. Sears isn't doing anything and nothing is fixed! 4 gallons of gas is out of the mower onto my garage floor and they won't fix the mower, not to mention me getting sick from the fumes. Who will fix my garage floor? NOBODY! Sears won't even fix the lawn mower. Its a 24HP 42 inch rider with <7 hours on it! What type of warranty is this? A TERRIBLE ONE! DON'T SHOP AT SEARS!
