I ordered the Lipo slim and cleanse products, and did not get the option to tick the 'terms and conditions' box as it was already ticked. Upon confirming my payment I expected to have another option to read the terms and conditions which I didnt. Having completed payment and navigated back to their website, I realised that they will keep charging me for subscriptions and sending them out every 21 days! I don't have £170 to pay them. Please, any advice would be soo apreciated.

You have to call their call center that is the only way to cancel your account with them : 800-011-9520.
Demand a refund!
Also contact your bank and tell them the situation. -
