I ordered there sample product for 4.95 each. there were two different products. There was nothing in the add about having to call and cancel in 14days. I was looking at my bank statement and noticed charges one for 99.00 and one for 89.00. I called Equinox and they said because I did not cancel in 14 days I would be charged the full price of the products. I went back and there is no where in the add for free sample is it stated. He said it was in the terms when you enter your credit card information when submitted it was listed there. I will say most people will assume that is the terms and conditions of providing your payment information like most web sites. I would say if they are going to have specific arrangements on there products like the auto enrollment or charging you it should have been in plain view on the website. the same as the charge for 4.95 which was all over it. I also read the web site looking for hidden items like that but not found and then when I recieved the package I looked for inforation on the products and how to order but again nothing was put in with the products to explain the program or cancellation terms. I would like my money returned as they have stated I only had 14days. I would be very careful not to order from these scam artists again. As there products did not do what they said they would do anyway, which is why I had also returned them on 5/17/13. not knowing I had already been charged on 5/15/13. Thank you
