I placed an order with Bloomex on the 10/05/13 for Mother's day.

First mess up (headache) - The next day I received an email from Bloomex informing me that my order had been confirmed. It also contained my supposed note to go along with the flowers I had purchased for my Mum - the note was from a family in Canada which I had obviously not written! My reaction - WTF?! I obviously wrote back and told them they'd messed up the note and included the correct message to be sent.

Second mess up (migraine) - I skyped my Mum on Mothers day hoping to see the flowers - NOTHING had been delivered! I was furious as I had paid a higher delivery rate for them to be delivered ON Mother's day and wondered why they gave you an option to select a delivery day in the checkout if they are unable to infact fulfil this?! Needless to say, I emailed them back requesting a refund.

Third mess up (Ophthalmic migraine) - I received a reply telling me they were 'busy' and no mention of my requested refund. At this point 2 days had gone by and my Mum still had not received the flowers I ordered for her. I had tried calling, emailing and trying to access the live chat (someone did greet me on the chat but then said to wait 5 minutes - they never returned!). I wrote 2 stern emails requesting a refund but got nothing!

Fourth mess up (at this point I was laughing from disbelief) - My Mum finally received some flowers 3 days later. Were they the correct flowers I had ordered? NO! Did they include the note I wrote? NO! Is this the most appalling service I have ever encountered? YES!

I'm surprised to see this business is still running! They lack the basic principles of customer service and more importantly they do not fulfill the orders you pay for, they just take your money and do as they please!
