Basically, my experience is similar to the others. I ordered one Auravie Tenew, Revive, Replenish Risk Free Trial on line. I paid $2.95(shipping/handling/processing). I broke out using this product, and called the company's customer service, to return the products. At that time, I was informed that it was not a 30-day risk free trial, but a 10-day trial, and it really wasn't risk free, because I could not return the products for a refund, and I had already been charged $97.88, and was soon to be charged again. I called my bank's credit card department to see if I could dispute the charge made against me, because of misrepresentation. My bank basically said it was my word against theirs, and while I could hold up the funds for 45 days, most likely my credit card would be charged for the disputed amount.
