I ordered (4/26/13) a "Free Sample" of their skincare product. I paid $4.95 for shipping and handling. I was then charged $97.88 on my Debit card (5/14/13)for the one month supply (my free sample) that I received. I contacted this company immediately. I felt threatened by a very rude customer service representative that told me that what I ordered was a trial offer and tried to direct me to a web site that would show such and that I agreed to pay the 97.88 when I ordered the "trial". I explained that the site that I ordered from said it was a free sample and that all I had to pay was the shipping charge. He said that if I filed a dispute with my credit card company, they would just trace my IP address and show that I ordered it. They siad they would not refund my money. I was told the only way they would credit my account, is if I sent back the samples "unopened" and then only refund 50%. I have filed a dispute with my bank. They seem to be using different websites. AuraVie kept trying to direct me to a website that states I would be charged $97.88. However, that was not the website I purchased from. The advertising was deceptive and did not state that I would be charged. It clearly stated that this was a free samples offer!!
