The salesperson,R.Dexter,told me and my spouse The coverage would be good in our area,and said we had 14 days to return the phone if it did not.
Unfortunately I never could get service and returned the phone as the salesman explained.
I have not received my money back to date. The customer service person,Jamie and Bob were of no help when I explained this issue.
