Ordered 1 bottom of Green Coffee Bean Extract on 05.08.13 from Kiel Ventures. Money was deducted from check account. Never received order. Called Kiel Ventures on 05.16.13/05.17.13 & 05.21.13 spoke to three different customer service representatives & received three different request numbers from support staff stating: Your request (#13708) has been received & is beening reviewed. Nothing else. Nothing regarding product status or refunding my money. What a poor way to run a company.
