My complaint is the same as so many. I saw on Internet an advertisement for free AuraVie all you had to do was pay shipping of 4.95. Now they have charged my account 97.88. I called and they said I should have sent the products back in ten days if I did not want to keep them. No where did I see any of this information. I read the information just in case there was a catch. Now they are saying they will give me a discount of 35 percent. I ask if I could return it today, but said the dead line has passed.
