I thought this was the official USPS change of address website that costs $1.00. I just found the $19.95 charge on my card. I saw no area on this website where I was going to be charged $19.95. When I called 937-654-9093 to dispute the charge I got a message saying the mailbox can not accept anymore messages and it hung up on me. They have not even changed my address after they charged me! I have not way to contact them to ask why my address has not changed after they have scammed me for the $19.95.
