This company was advertising free trials of 2 products. Wherein the only charge would be for shipping and handling at a cost of £1.99 (english sterling) per product. The products themselves were free of charge. I agreed to take both products. I paid using my Mastercard. I have only just discovered that 4 additional withdrawals have been made by this company from my account totalling 419.92Euros ($543.08)within less than a month.
The free trial products were shipped to me from the U.K.
I telephoned the above number and have found that while this number is a UK number it is only used to re-route calls to another number in FLORIDA. I spoke first to a man (with a West Indian accent) who identified himself as Shane. I also spoke to his "supervisor" who sounded identical to Shane. I believe it was one and the same person. This man identified himself as John. I demanded his surname also and he told me that both he and Shane were surnamed Watson (yet they were not related)!!
I insisted they return the funds they had taken from my account without my prior knowledge or consent. They refused. They talked about Terms & Condidtions -I had never seen or agreed to- The only products I have received from them are the trial products I agreed to yet they have made withdrawals from my account on April 27th, May 7th, May 13th and May 20th 2013.
