I have been currently living in Auberle's semi independent living program, and they are not giving me the type of services in order for me to be more independent. They also have not given me the type of therapy or family counseling, that they promised to provide to me. The staff are very disrespectful to me and the residents. They have a very large amount of girls that they can't provide for, and also they don't help the girls to be emotionally stable. Most times , there will be an acceptance of plenty of girls a week, and not enough supplies, or food to support as many as Auberle can hold in the house. I don't expect the program to be perfect, as anything isn't, but the program is completely out of control, and unorganized. Almost always, I feel very unsafe. Staff are always threathening residents, and letting loose residents do whatever. Not only all that I have been complaining about all the things they promised me, But I also dont have the support system that they promised either. I have constant fears about life, and I want Auberle to help me with the services that they promised me. Please help me to get my point across, and to adress this issue. Thank you.
