Javita Linda Utas from Abbotsford V2S 7S9 has fraudulently charged her payments back from her bank, which has caused a loss to my company.
We provided Linda Utas with a Facebook Marketing Campaign in October 2012, and advertised her for a total of 3 months. We have telephone recorded conversations to prove Linda has agreed to our terms and conditions ( Linda accepts our cancellation policy on this call) - Linda did not cancel her account as per our terms and conditions and several months later has charged her payments back AFTER the services were all provided and completed.
We have contacted the BBB/Small Claims Courts in BC and also our Solicitors regarding this issue, and strongly advise Linda Utas to communicate with our Legal Department to resolve further legal proceedings.
The UK Small Claims Court have also been notified and we have all the evidence to provide the courts in BC, that Linda Utas was advertised and the Facebook Page was built as requested.
We also have Facebook receipts to provide the courts should Linda Utas decide to take this complaint lightly.

We strongly advise Linda to contact our Legal Department to resolve all issues, (within 7 working days) or we would be happy to brand her website and other information online to warn future customers of her activities.
