Representative came by the office offering the Spas with Cause promotion. Two people in the office purchased one for $60 each. We are never able to get through to activate the cards or reach a live person for assistance. When we called The Conservatory (spa in Kingwood that was promoted as the spa to use for the card), they said they are not affiliated with Spas with Cause and wouldn't honor the certificate, even though they are listed on the card.
