I ordered the trial Slim Helper in which I never received. SO I have forgotten about it until I saw my bank account. I noticed there was $92.87 taken out of my account on May 22, 2013. SO I looked at my account going back n found 2 other withdrawals of the same amount. I called the company regarding these withdrawals. I was told unless I can send them the item back they can't refund any of my money. SO I got the tracking numbers of all 3 shipments and did find the last one in my PO Box May 23, 2013 and shipped it right back but as for the other 2 shipments the post office has no record of the 2nd shipment mailed out in April at all and as for the 1st shipment the post office says it was shipped to NH and not to them. I then called the company back n explained this and they told me they can only refund the shipment I sent back on May 23rd. Since I can not find the other 2 shipments they refuse to refund me back my money for them. I think this is wrong since the post office has told me they never received either of the 1st or 2nd shipment and no one seems to know where they went. Now the company claims that they were delivered to me according to the tracking numbers, but I gave the post office the tracking numbers ans they ran an extensive search and found no scanned record that it was received there and the 1st shipment was delivered to NH according to the tracking number. Now how can I find these items ship them back n have my money refunded if no one knows where they are. So now I have not only received the trail pack but I never received the 1st or 2nd shipment in order to return them. All this because I never received the trail pack and forgot about it until I saw the payment taken out of my account. The total $278.61 on a product in which I received only 1 out of 3 and 2 out of the 3 is lost somewhere. Now they will refund the last product once they receive it but what about the other 2 shipments I never got. I want them refunded also. I don't think I should not get them refunded because I never received them even according to my own post office I have not received them. So I think I should be entitled to them being refunded also.
