I was just trying to change my address through the postal service and even when I submitted, it didnt work. So I just went in to a post office and did it my self. Here I am 2 days later and I check my CC statement, and there are 2 charges of 19.95 against my account. My bank filed a dispute and is going to give my money back thank god. This company is not available when you call and I could not leave a VM either. WOW where did this company come from... Make sure if you are going to change online, that you are not on this site!
