he calls to my job and cell phone threatening to arrest me and put a black mark on my credit and fire me from my job. and asked to pay him 1249.00 and everything will be settled i payed that amount and called the next morning saying i was short 400 something dollars and if i didnt pay that with in the next hour they would come and arrest me

- i had the same problem this is a scam!! do not give him any money or information i called the federal trade commission and the atterny general and they confirmed it is a scam do not worry about him tell him you want all communication in writing because you have that right if you tell them they are not allowed to call you and they keep calling that is harrassment he will say we cant do that then tell him if he doesnt stop harrasing you you will file a complaint to the federal trade commission he will probably say some rude things to you then he will leave you alone thats what worked for me
