I had called Direct TV and spoke to agent, Erica on 05/22/13 to see about cable services. She said to sign up on this day that the total charge would be for $21.37, explained to her that I would have to wait until payday on 05/24/13 and call back. Erica from Direct TV, then put me on hold and said she spoke to her superviser and they would not charge my debit card until Friday 05/24/13, said this was fine but 3 times during call with Erica, explained not to put through bank until 05/24/13. However, Erica charged my bank on 05/22/13 and on Friday 05/24/13 I had over $51.00 taken out in overdraft charges to my account.
