Sometimes in March 2013, Francis Espiritu called me regarding my vacation package in Cancun that expired. he told me that they were able to retrieve it and able to sell it to a certain person. On the third week of March 2013 Rocky Marquez Miranda, saying to work in California Federal Tax Division, called me. He said that my vacation package was sold to Atty Ronald Cheng with Money Order # 04587Z-61028 in the amount of $6,698.00, Tracking #082319085781, release code# LFA-0102201399718. The next day he called me again and said that I have another money order in the amount of $7,898. Also he said I have to pay 10% tax of the total amount and is payable by Discover card only. I told him that my discover card just expired, can I pay it by other means. He said that's the only way. He said, I have to find a friend with discover card which I was able to do. But my friend Fred Caramanzana's Discover card was declined. So, Rocky called me again and told me, he will do me a favor, he will charge it to his discover card#6011 0037 6934 2765 (code 525) expiration date 07/15. In return I will sent the equivalent money to his brother in the Philippines Mark Miranda, 777 Evangelista St. Bangkal, makati city Philippines. I did sent the money via Western Union and after that I don't heard anything from Rocky even though I called him many times on his phone number.
