I returned a product to them and they never refunded my money. I called every month for 4 months and got the runaround. I returned product via return receipt from the USPS which they never signed. My last conversation with them was in April 2013 where they indicated that return hadn't been 'approved' yet. The item was returned in January 2013.
I advised them that I had proof that they accepted the return and that they had one month to issue the refund or I would contact the Fla. States Atty. office. It is now one month and their phone number seems to be disconnected. ( 866-405-1578)
DO NOT purchase anything from this company.
