watchbrokers agreed to sell my watch worth 20,000. Only wanted to sell if price was right. When offer was made , I did not sign permission to sell and requested my watch returned. No further correspondence was received from them. They went insolvent and Hays Financial Consulting took over the case to 'receive' the assets.
