I ordered the hose plus tougher upgrade and was supposed to get a free nozzle and another hose for the additional price of shipping. When I didn't receive shipment by Christmas I called and they said it was delivered to my home on Dec 11. Which it was not. It finally arrived in late March. Now I have just brought them out to use and the first time I used the hose the end popped off. I called them and they told me there was only a 60 day money back gaur enter. I explained I just needed it replaced . They said that wasn't going to happen. I then ask if I could speak to a supervisor and waited in hold for 25 minutes before I gave up. I want my money back now. This is no way to do business.
