I saw an add on craigslist for a home that is rent to own. I called and he explained the process to me and said in order for me to receive a list of the homes that are available I needed to register with them for $199 and if I didn't find a home in 90 days they would issue a refund for the $199. I asked if I could register on line and he said no I need to register with them. As I was telling him I was going to think about it, he said okay thank you bye and hung up immediately. Total scam! Thank God I did not give them any money. He even said they are government and federally regulated.
